Kevin Otiato
Biography
Kevin is a NOC intern at the ICT Authority in Kenya, which he joined after graduating with BSc. Electrical & Electronic Engineering (First Class Honours) from Dedan Kimathi University of Technology (DeKUT). He is passionate about mentorship activities since he believes that such platforms enhance equality through education. Consequently, Kevin serves as a WordPress course developer and trainer at BuniTek and a mentor for GADS 2021. He is a leader who served as the Founding Chairperson for DeKUT Innovators Club and is the founder at Techsolve Hub.
At Oxford, he looks forward to researching the use of IoT and AI to enhance access to clean, reliable and affordable energy for low-income households in his community and other places around the world. He plays football and enjoys debates around humanitarian issues.
