Liam Dennis
Biography
Liam's studies focused on Computer Science, Software Engineering and Finance at Te Herenga Waka - Victoria University of Wellington. He has since worked as a management consultant in Melbourne, Australia, and led local efforts to help large organisations better manage their environmental footprints. Outside of his work and studies, Liam has expressed a life-long commitment to social impact, including leading substantial fundraising efforts for the New Zealand Child Cancer Foundation and Cancer Society, and building new environmental education tools as Technology and Education Ambassador for the Sir Peter Blake Trust (BLAKE). He also has a keen interest in debating and oratory, achieving several national titles and captaining the New Zealand Schools' Debating Team to the world championships. At Oxford, Liam plans to explore just, systematic, commercially viable transitions to sustainable practices.
