Tafadzwa Kufazvinei
Biography
Tafadzwa Kufazvinei is a final year medical student at the University of the Witwatersrand. During his tenure at Wits, he received the Alan Rubensohn Memorial Award for the most distinguished first year student, he has been on the Dean's Merit List every year and he has served as an Academic Tutor. He was Chairperson of the Ernest Oppenheimer Halls of Residence House Committee and served as Vice President of the Wits Student's Physician Society. He is an avid sports fan and he played basketball for his residence team and he has previously represented the junior Zimbabwean Rugby and Basketball Teams. He is passionate about Internal Medicine and at Oxford, he intends to pursue immunology research to fulfil his dream of becoming a clinician-scientist.
