Tinashe Ngwenya
Biography
Tinashe Ngwenya was awarded a first class Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Botswana, in October 2020. He was a Resident assistant, the University of Botswana Engineering Students' Society Vice President and Health Promotion Assistant during his time at the University of Botswana. Moreover, he was a member of the electric car team that produced a prototype car in 2019, and a member of the University of Botswana Debate Masters Association. Tinashe mentored students from Ledumang Secondary School in Gaborone and started a top achievers club there to assist students to improve their grades. He is interested in doing research in future propulsion and power at Oxford University.
